Lana Trahern was born in New Mexico but lived most her childhood in Dublin, Texas and is a 2007 graduate of Dublin High School. While in high school Ms. Trahern was on the chapter conducting team, the agricultural issues team and did quiz. She was on the Dublin FFA Show Team as well as a competitor on the Dublin FFA Range Judging team. She served as a district and area officer and was the chapter president her senior year. She received her Lonestar Degree in 2006. Ms. Trahern is a 2012 graduate of Tarleton State University where she received a degree in Agriculture Services and Development with her state teaching certification. Ms. Trahern just graduated in August of 2021 with her Master's degree in higher education from Lamar University. Cleburne High School is where Ms. Trahern began her teaching career and she looking forward to everything year 10 will have in store for her!

Outside of school, you can find Ms. Trahern hanging out with her family or at a stock show with her daughter and the multiple longhorns they show!
