Ms. Newman

Wacey Newman was born and grew up in Ennis, Texas where her family has farmed for over a 100 years. While at Ennis High School she competed on the Ennis FFA Show Team and the livestock judging team. Her sophomore year of high school she started at Quitman High School where she graduated in 2014. While in high school in Quitman, Ms. Newman served in multiple chapter officer positions, competed on the livestock judging team, the agricultural issues team and the FFA broadcasting team. Along with this, she showed commercial heifers, and was on the Quitman Ag Mechanics team. She received her Lonestar Degree in 2013. Ms. Newman received an Associate's of Agriculture in 2015 and a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Services and Development with her state teaching certification in 2018 from Tarleton State University. She will graduate from Tarleton once again in December of 2021 with her Master's in Agricultural and Consumer Resources. 

Ms. Newman joined our team in 2020 when she began her teaching career and is excited for year two here at Cleburne!
